This policy explains how and when you will receive your photography and videography orders. 1. Digital Deliveries Delivery Method: All digital photos and videos are delivered via a secure online gallery or private download link. Turnaround Time: Photography (Event Coverage): 7–14 business days from the event date. Videography (Edited Films): 14–30 business days from the event date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Access: You will receive an email with your access link and instructions once your files are ready. 2. Physical Products (If Applicable) Products Covered: Prints, photo albums, USB drives, or other physical deliverables. Processing Time: 3–7 business days after final file approval. Shipping Time: Domestic: 5–10 business days. International: 10–21 business days (shipping fees and customs duties may apply). Carriers Used: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. 3. Shipping Fees Digital file delivery is free. Physical product shipping fees vary based on weight, size, and destination. These will be calculated at checkout or upon invoice. 4. Lost or Damaged Items For physical shipments, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Digital delivery failures (e.g., broken links, expired access) will be resolved promptly at no additional cost. 5. International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. 6.
