      Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated: August 13, 2025 At Event Pillow, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for photography and videography services. 1. Booking & Deposit To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your proposal or contract and applied toward your total service cost. 2. Cancellations Client-Initiated Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled event: All payments except the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled event: No refund will be issued, as your date has been reserved exclusively for you. Event Pillow-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare case we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all payments received, including the deposit, or work with you to find an equally qualified replacement photographer/videographer. 3. Rescheduling If you need to change your event date, we will do our best to accommodate the new date at no additional charge. If we are unavailable on your new date, your booking will be treated as a cancellation. 4. Refunds for Delivered Work Once digital files or physical products have been delivered, refunds cannot be issued. If there is a technical issue with your files or your physical order arrives damaged, we will promptly replace or correct the delivery at no additional cost. 5. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or other emergencies. 6.
